BEARDSWORTH CONSULTING GROUP NAMES NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE

FLEMINGTON, NEW JERSEY (November 15, 2006)

Beardsworth Consulting Group, Inc has announced the promotion of Michael J. O’Brien to the position of President and CEO, and the assignment of Donna E. Beardsworth to a newly created role as Executive Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer. The company made this change as part of its commitment to expanding BEARDSWORTH’s existing strength in providing unparalleled service to its clients.

Mr. O’Brien brings 20 years of domestic and international business experience to the position, and has spent the last 14 years in the healthcare industry at a senior executive level. He has served as BEARDSWORTH’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer since 2001, and will now be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction of the company.
