All Beardsworth clinical research associates have undergraduate degrees in basic science or are registered nurses who hold undergraduate degrees in nursing. Our senior associates have from 3 to 15 years of experience in clinical research or medical writing.

Beyond hiring qualified people, we help them to keep current through rigorous training. This preparation includes Good Clinical Practice training for monitors, continuing education through Beardsworth and industry groups such as the Drug Information Association and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, in addition to intensive, project-specific training sessions.

Due to their education, experience, and training, Beardsworth associates are comfortable filling many different roles along the approval continuum, which means that you don't have to adjust to new faces as the project evolves.
